Ok, well today has been pretty good.
I finally found out that one doctors office received the info they needed from the other doctors office and I am pretty glad about that.
Now, I can stop fretting over it.
And, I got in a really good work out today. I have stayed on track with my calories and drank my water.
It hasnt been a stress filled day.
I have still had to deal with the saga of the hypochondriac family member....But, oh well, what can you do...? ANYONE...?
The weather....our forecast was for 90 percent chance of heavy downpours and storms here today...But I only saw a couple of really fast showers and a few rumbles of thunder.
That is a good thing, even though our local weather man is giving us a bleak outlook.
Gas prices....$3.98 a gallon at my local store.
But it could be and probably will be alot worse.
I think while the President was explaining the whole birth certificate on tv today, 90 percent of Americans were screaming at their tv's for an explanation on the whole gas price situation.
And the news out of Afghanistan today.
This world!!!!!!
Complaining isnt getting us anywhere.
My biggest complaint right now is my scale.
No matter how hard I have worked this week and no matter what I cut out or add to....I cant seem to get that scale to budge.
It is most frustrating and almost makes one want to just chuck it all and search for chocolate....or pizza!!!
But I havent....I am going to give it some more time.
What I cant figure out is, how I can get on that thing one day and see a number, and get on it 3 days from now to see a better number and 3 days later, back to the old number and so on....
I havent a clue....
Just when I think I have gotten it going in the right direction it goes right back....
I will figure it out....
