28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge - Day 24 & 25

been keepin at it...today i did a new cardio workout...well...it's actually cardio and toning because it is intervals...I was sweatin' when it was done...and it's only 20 minutes

I had to do a little modifying because i can't do jumping moves...but it was still a great workout!
