I run. I wouldn't call myself a runner, but I do try to run. I can only run a half mile before having to walk but I'm still trucking along after 4 months of trying. The best part.....I'm starting to love my thighs!
I suck at running. I'm self conscious so I don't run outside, I have a treadmill. It's easier for me anyway considering I have 2 kids under the age of 3 and getting out to run by myself is difficult.
But I love what running is doing for my body. I admit, I go over my calories on a daily basis, thus only losing 1 pound the whole month of April. But the difference is not in my weight, but my body.
My thighs are more slender, my butt is smaller and my arms thanks to my free weights that I do, are becoming more defined. I actually have a visible bicep.....and I love it!
My husband has noticed too. He says I have "sexy legs". Don't get me wrong I'm still heavy and I have a long ways to go, but these thighs of mine are a huge motivator, and they'll carry me all the way there!
