I just feel like getting it out today. I have been struggling to lose even 1 pound over the last 3 months. I was doing so well after I had my second child and then in the new year it was like the weightloss just stopped. I don't know if it has anything to do with the lack of sleep or that I stopped breast feeding. I tried changing my workout routines and started running but no results!! I am starting to get a little depressed because I am trying so hard and I really want to reach my goal weight which is to lose another 20 pounds. I don't like complaining but I am really frustrated. I guess on a positive note at least I am not gaining.
Anyone one have any suggestions??
