Trying to stay positive

I just feel like getting it out today. I have been struggling to lose even 1 pound over the last 3 months. I was doing so well after I had my second child and then in the new year it was like the weightloss just stopped. I don't know if it has anything to do with the lack of sleep or that I stopped breast feeding. I tried changing my workout routines and started running but no results!! I am starting to get a little depressed because I am trying so hard and I really want to reach my goal weight which is to lose another 20 pounds. I don't like complaining but I am really frustrated. I guess on a positive note at least I am not gaining.

Anyone one have any suggestions??

    That is frustrating for sure. My losses are very slow too. I ended up joining the Slowest Loser team here on SP because it makes me feel better about my slow losses.

    As you don't have your Food Tracker or Exercise Tracker shared, I can't really see what you are doing - but a suggestion would be to reenter all your information. Go to the start page, and reenter your weight, your goal weight (even if they are the same, just try this), and your weekly calories burned (use this instead of the 'how many days will you work out for how many minutes' - it's more accurate). Then see if you are eating within the ranges it comes back with.

Remember to track everything for at least a little while - and do your best to measure everything. Sometimes our portions sizes are bigger than we expected. Other than those suggestions, I would say stick with it. You seem to be looking at the positive side - and we have all been there, so take it one step at a time and trust this process.
