4/28 phase 2 on 17day diet

ok well tomorrow i start phase 2 on the 17day diet im super pumped b/c we are going to get to add back in carbs (the good kind :P) so i think its called calorie cycling or something like taht where everyother day we have carbs but they have to be before 2 so im guessing if im going to eat spagetti it will be for lunch ;) and to be honest i didnt think i could do with out carbs and im hear to tell you if you can push past the first week without refind carbs but like some fruits and veggies have them in them auto so, but anyways youll feeeel so much better i get less headache (well after the first 5 days of this diet LOL ) and i dont feel so luggish anymore! so heres to the 17day diet and my first 15 LBS LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
