I saw my personal trainer today for the first time in two weeks. I hadn't worked out at all or tracked much food. I was weighing in at home so I knew I'd lost but it was nice to have it confirmed. There's a 2lb difference between the scale at home and the scale at the gym but according to his scale, i'm officially at 338. Yay!
Though I think he'd like me to be losing 3-4 lbs a week instead of just 2 lbs a week, I'm ok with the 2. Getting up to losing more weight each week would be nice though so that is a goal for sure.
I am stil tired and still dealing with being sick. Some kind of virus that's hanging on i'm sure.
