What a crazy day!!!

I woke up this morning to find a tick on my upper leg..yuck! Of course, I googled tick bites to find out what to do..as I "google" anything I don't know LOL...

Then, I took my daughter to school and I went to the gym. I just joined the gym last week and I am so very happy! I was a member of this gym a couple yrs ago and quit due to no job...even though I still am not working...I figured I could afford it as I don't have as many bills as I did then...Plus, I just love going and everything so it is worth it for me.

So, I did 3.5 miles the first time I went to the gym today and I did one minute intervals of jogging at 4.8 / 4.9 mph and then I went home and ate way too much CHOClate...ugh! I didn't have any on Easter ha ha...

So, I told myself that I had to go back to the gym and do another workout. So, I went back right before BL came on and I did another 30 min...which was a mile and half and also did some jogging intervals...but one was 5.3 mph as the 4.8 seemed too slow! Love that! I just want to keep building it each day.

So, I am proud that I did a second /last chance workout...but nervous about the scale tomorrow morning...I was doing soo good...

I think my biggest challenge is the food intake...I always eat more somehow...I am trying to eat real food and not processed foods...so that it is better for me. I just need to find more recipes on here that I like...as I am a picky eater LOL...

If you have any suggestions...feel free to post them!

Also, I took some pics of me today...so I am going to try to post some of them on here soon..I know, I know..I've been saying this for months LOL

    Hey! I haven't spoken to ya in a while. How are you? Are you journaling all of your food? That really helped me cut back on my food? I've also started buying more fresh veggies and fruits. That gives me something healthy to eat, and it isn't processed!!

    Food is my issue, too. I love working out, but I am having a hard time shutting down the intake after dinner. Have fun at the gym!
