Well, I managed to lose 12 of the 15 lbs I was shooting for for the first stage of my goal. My first goal checkpoint was 15 lbs by April 24. I didn't do too bad. As a matter of fact I did great, in my opinion! Now onto the second stage. (I think three stages should do it...lol)
My next goal checkpoint is approx. 16 lbs by July 4.
