13@15 year age difference between me and my older brother and sister. In my teens i made a laugh on their aches n pains. Now after 19 years playing fireman as a volunteer and doing the manual labor thing, I hurt every day. Will anything other than pills help the joints feel better or should I just give karma a hug.
