I'm hungrier today because I'm not out on the job and moving around but it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I weighed myself this morning and found that I lost 2 pounds - probably water weight I know but I feel less bloated and good overall. The protein intake is definitely up to where it need to be according to Sparkpeople and that's a good thing. I'm trying to be creative here because I'm not allowed cheese so it's hard not to munch on usual cheese stick snack and I miss it. I don't think I'm allowed to have cheese until I get through the "Cruise" part of the diet and get into the "Consolidation Phase". I'll be to start having certain veggies again in 2 days and I'm looking forward to having broccoli and asparagus again not to mention a good lettuce & tomato salad! Of course I won't be able to have Ranch dressing or any other dressing that's heavy in oil but I had already started to cut that out as part of my lifestyle change any way so that won't be bad. Today I had an omelette made out of 1 egg 2 egg whites and shrimp for breakfast. That held my hunger off for several hours and I need only a cup of cottage cheese for lunch but now that it's after 4pm I getting pretty hungry. Over all the first 2 days haven't been bad but I don't think this is a diet I will be able to stay on for the rest of my life - but if helps straighten out my eating habits then it's a good thing!
