OK, so we got rid of all the Easter treats rather quickly... kind of a relief to have them gone, lol! I'm sure I gained some weight, but certainly not ALL of it back. I'm totally accepting of the fact that there will always be steps "backwards". The point is to always move forwards as well! :) I'm not even going to get on the scales until the end of the week, when maybe I'll have lost some of what I gained.
Anyway, back to the Tracking today! Doesn't seem hard at all... if supper is too many calories, just eat less of it!
As for the exercising... I enjoyed the 7-day Boot Camp so much that I'm going to keep doing it, with some adjustments. The first day is cardio, so I'll skip that; and going back to my every-second day strength training and cardio on the other days, I'll just do two of the sessions from the boot camp on each of the strength training days. For the cardio, I'll use the Wii--gotta use it for something, since we just got it for Christmas! One of my cardio days will be Dancing, which I love, and which I'd previously prepared for by making up several dance playlists in iTunes. And of course, we get out for a walk every day... except it's going to be raining for a few days!
