Dear self I have let you down. I keep making goals and not remembering them what so ever. I want to see 180 and get out of my old clothes by garage sale time. Set a date, going to workout every other night after the boys go to bed. Work on me so I don't let myself down again.
I count I matter and I need to start making me happy with healthy choices. More cooking less ordering. I want new shorts for summer. I want to vacay with a smile and not be thinking about my weight.
I can do this self! I will do it for us
