I'm needing to get back into the SparkPeople mode because I've been hovering around my 143 status for a while now, which I guess is better than outright gaining, but isn't great. I would love, love, love to lose ten pounds by the wedding on August 20th. I've never been able to meet a goal like that so I'm a little nervous!
I feel like my biggest hurdle is getting to the darn gym and being really good about tracking. If only I could figure out a way to keep my motivation going...
