I haven't slid back- in fact if i believe my scale, I'm now down 12-13 lbs depending on which spot on the bathroom floor I slide my scale (interestingly, it's never consistent- the spot that made me the lightest a few days ago may not yield the same results!) but there was one day where I magically *gained* 4lbs. I suspect it was water retention, but man! What a downer! I think I may have powered through it, but I felt so upset! What are some of your tricks for not giving up on yourself?
