I am on a diet since 2 weeks and today I am just being so so hungry. I had homemade fries for
dinner and I ate 4 pieces of bread afterwards. Now I am beyond what I should have eaten today.
Right now I try not to hate or punish myself for that.
During my last diets I often made the mistake not to get up again after being done or making
a mistake in what to eat or how to behave.
This time it is going to be different.
I have to remind myself of what positive things I have already changed in those 2 weeks.
- I did not eat any Fast Food :-)
- I did not eat chocolate or potatoe chips
- I drank a lot of water
We all have to remind ourselves not to be too hard to us sometimes.
