Well I have been home for 4 days and gave myself that long to get myself bvack on track and organize and get my head in the right place. I am now ready to continue my journey this year. I am officially up 2 pounds but that does not depress me, I know this is not a sprint and it is about taking control of my body and owning my decisions. I will walk and get to the gym today and track my food. My short term goal is to be back down the 2 pounds by next week, then I will aim for 5 more pounds within the next month. I know I will not make the short term goals I have posted on my page but I will make them eventually! The most important thing is to make healthy choices, eat clean, exercise and be the healthy person that can enjoy life!
