**Update 2/9/2010 - After a brief break over the holidays and illness I'm back at the gym - getting some muscles. Need to up the cardio and I think that I will do C25K with my friend to fulfill my cardio needs each week. I would totally dig being able to run 3 miles without stopping before my 40th bday. I had oral surgery so I'm back down to the 130 range since I've been on a soft diet - this confirms that it is my emotional snacking that keeps setting my weight loss back - not being able to eat crackers, tortilla chips, cookies, anything crunchy and high calorie is a good thing.
