Between the pain in my hip, traveling for work, and the uncontrollable urge to eat everything in sight, the past month has pretty much stalled all of the good progress that I made January -March. I need to refocus my effortsand get back on track.. Week Number 27 will be used to regroup and refocus.
Goals for the week:
STOP ALL THE SNACKING!
DON'T GAIN ANYTHING BACK!
Monday: Walk 30 minutes, hip rehab exercises
Tuesday: 60-90 minutes cross training
Wednesday: 30 minute walking, hip rehab exercises
Thursday: 60-90 minutes cross training
Friday: 30 minute walk, hip rehab exercises
Saturday: 60-90 minute cross training
Sunday 40 minute walk, hip rehab exercises
