I couldn't believe it I lost 2 pounds this week. What have I done different this week? I'm doing Virtual Miles CROSS COUNTRY MARATHON with the Motivators team. Yes it has made a difference. Last night after I added my miles in I realized if I would just go another 10 minutes the team would already be over 100 miles. Now I call that motivation when I'm late at night back at it. So thank you Sparkers for getting my weight loss heading back down.
