When I weighed myself this Easter morning, I was shocked to discover that I've lost 60 pounds! This has really made my day. :) I was wondering what 60 pounds looks like, and I borrowed this idea from some blogs I saw. Hopefully my math is correct. :) It is weird to think how much I've lost when I think of how much that much weight would be in, say, butter.
60 pounds = 240 sticks of butter
60 pounds = a bushel of wheat
60 pounds = 12 five pound weights
60 pounds = 7.06 gallons of whole milk
60 pounds = an 8-9 year old child
60 pounds = 480 large eggs
This was a fun little exercise to do, and it makes the weight I've lost feel more tangible and real rather than something that just disappeared.
Happy Easter! :D
