emoticon Learning to eat to live and not live to eat is a huge breakthrough! I feel like my life still revolves around food just because I want to make sure I stay within my ranges so I always plan what I'm going to eat... Hopefully one day I'll learn to just trust myself and go with the flow :)
emoticon on your weight loss and all the other achievements (like sitting with your legs tucked in)! And your hair looks great!
