up to level 6!

didn't take much to get up to level 6.... just kept plugging along. now back up to needing some 1500 points to get to the next level.
but I do feel more energy and my thighs feel like iron in the morning (I do my workouts at night)..... so it's all good for me.
very tired now as my nights are not quiet these days...... but if rooftop work isn't finished he walks from room to closet to room... until the walking or the food makes him sleepy.

thank goodness someone reads what I have submitted.... keep the faith!
