ok ive had people tell me thats too much weight too fast but im usually a quitter when it comes to losing weight b/c i dont see results fast enough so im act doing this on my own, yes im whiney some days but i just whine and move on LOL, but im act liking this diet b/c im the type of person that needs rules and boundries or ill slide, there is a little mess up clause so if you bail today just start the first phase over, also there is a 3 biet rule and thats SOOO true b/c if i take 3 bites my craving is usually gone! so far i started at 287 now im down to 274.4 so yay in 4 days i start the new phase lets see how taht goes, its about altenating calories! so fingers crossed :)

    I'm on day 6 of C1, and I find the guidelines very helpful....but I'm looking forward to getting to C2.

  Good Luck. Sometimes you just need something to jump start your weight loss and then you can always try something else. Everyone has different ways of losing weight and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another.
