I've been studying my progress and re-assessing my goals this week. I've decided that I have to be more diligent about getting *5 a Day*! It just takes more planning. I can certainly do it!
Now that it's heating up around here- muggy, muggy, and muggy- I'm changing my cardio to two 30 minute sessions at least 5 days a week. That has worked out well this week.
I changed my fitness settings tonight, and SP raised my calorie intake by 300-500 each day. I'm real curious to see the results of this next week with new goals and calorie levels.
Makes me nervous!!! I only have 5 pounds to go, and vacation in in 3 weeks.
Vacation was never a deadline for goal, but it would be nice to be at goal by then.
