New Goals

I've been studying my progress and re-assessing my goals this week. I've decided that I have to be more diligent about getting *5 a Day*! It just takes more planning. I can certainly do it!
Now that it's heating up around here- muggy, muggy, and muggy- I'm changing my cardio to two 30 minute sessions at least 5 days a week. That has worked out well this week.
I changed my fitness settings tonight, and SP raised my calorie intake by 300-500 each day. I'm real curious to see the results of this next week with new goals and calorie levels.
Makes me nervous!!! I only have 5 pounds to go, and vacation in in 3 weeks.
Vacation was never a deadline for goal, but it would be nice to be at goal by then.

    You are doing so great. I'm curious also about how the increased calories will work for you. Keep us posted. They say the last few pounds are the hardest. I'll bet you'll prove that wrong.!!

    Definitely let us know how the change in calories and workouts work for you this week!! I am sure you are going to rock it out though!! You must be very excited for your vacation, I have every confidence that if you work hard you can definitely hit your goal by vacation (even if that wasn't the deadline!) :-)

    Yeah it's getting hot here too, been trying to get my cardio in first thing in the morning or as close to it as possible. Three weeks is a while yet, and if you don't make it your still right there, I would be proud of what you have already accomplished.
