I'm feeling grateful today so I'm going to count my blessings.

I'm grateful that...

I decided to invest in my health by buying the Vita-Mix.
I decided to take care of myself by choosing Eat to Live.
I feel so good right now, at this minute.
I have a full belly without feeling sick.
I have a husband who supports me wholeheartedly.
I have Sparkfriends who cheer me on.
I have a dog who keeps me moving.
I have bones that are healing quickly.
on a good day, I can walk and barely limp at all.

We took Linus to the dog park today. He loved it. A local park has a fenced-off area for dogs that is a whole acre and right on the lake. We met lots of other nice dogs and people too.

Here he is at home.

Try to resist these eyes. It can't be done!

He's completely worn out! One more thing that I'm grateful for!

PS I almost forgot---we saw a beautiful blue heron standing on the edge of the water. Dave tried to sneak up to get a picture but the heron took wing and flew to the other side of the lake. It was just an amazing moment.

I so hear you! Great list! Thanks.
It balances me and feeds my soul to get into nature, but for my 10month collie x kelpie, he literally goes crazy, destructo-dog if I don't get him into the outdoors everyday!
Not to mention the 6 yo who loves exploring the creek!

Hi Banjo, I love your gratitude list! Linus is such a cutie! How wonderful to have him to accompany you on your walks. We have an awesome cat but the leash thing hasn't worked out. We would travel and do more fun stuff with her if she wouldn't run away!

I'm grateful for you and my other SP friends, my DG, my DS (who just called me), our cat, ETL, being vegan, and lots more.
emoticon Sunny
