Ok... I'm 5 weeks into a 20 lb interim goal and am 17 lbs of the way there. I'm way ahead of schedule. I feel better and I haven't been hungry. I'm eating better and exercising lots. As a result of feeling better about me, I'm spending more quality time with my wife and family. Based on that I've upped my goal to 30#. I haven't seen 185 since 1986! Can I make it? This is the best progress I've made in 10 or 15 years. I'm thinking I can
