I was just getting back into exercising when, of course, I got sick. It's a really bad flu. I can't exercise due to the cough which is really obnoxious. Oh well.
Anyway, I'm trying to do some very gentle strength training and yoga in order to keep things up and as I get better, I am going to try and get myself back on track and be more active on Sparkpeople again.
