Two Steps Forward, One Step Back

I was just getting back into exercising when, of course, I got sick. It's a really bad flu. I can't exercise due to the cough which is really obnoxious. Oh well.

Anyway, I'm trying to do some very gentle strength training and yoga in order to keep things up and as I get better, I am going to try and get myself back on track and be more active on Sparkpeople again.

  We ALL have periods of time that we just don't or aren't or can't do all we should to keep on track. Best thing to do: don't worry about it, forget about it, start a NEW day. Guilt can rob you of your overall success and the joy you get from it. Leave the guilt behind and start again. YOU CAN DO IT!!!Keep up the good work! emoticon emoticon emoticon
