Getting to a happier place ...

According to Campbell's soup, all it takes is a bowl full and I begin to randomly skip around my kitchen.

According to diet pills, I won't have to suffer through eating the right foods, just a pill a day and I'll be in a bikini laughing hysterically at my "before" picture.

How about two diet shakes a day, along with a protein bar? Will my body remember how to digest food should I ever desire to eat something I don't have to drink ... huh??

Then there's always surgery ... guaranteed to change my life. Not only would I have the oppotunity to die during the operation, but I have to eat baby food for weeks. Maybe feeling like a six month old again will make me happy? Nah.

I think I'm going to count my blessings, continue to work on my Sparkpoints in order to make life-changing healthy habits, and I'm going to appreciate the fact that I don't need a marketing firm to tell me when to skip around the kitchen or wear a bikini. Although I just chuckled picturing myself doing both at the same time. HaHa ... now I'm happy!!!
