Hiked 4.7 miles over the weekend and did 30 minutes of ST

2. THIS WEEK- It's all about staying organized! Sometimes when we really get going with our fitness efforts, some of the important things along the way get shifted aside. So this week- it't time to catch up on all those things that, if left ignored, will come back to bite your heiney!

My catch was with Summer Camp Prep - I was behind in getting staff offer letters out but managed to work on scheduling a couple of nights this week and with the exception on one staff member who has yet to get back to me with her schedule, everyone will be getting their offer letters by Monday evening - YAY!

3. TAKE A REST DAY if your weekend made you sore. Seriously. All you can do on a rest day is go for a walk and/or stretch- dont hit the gym if you ran a half marathon last night.
My "rest day" was yesterday - it was a little busy running here and there with Ethan and I only managed a 1 mile walk and a little ST while watching TV... for me that's a rest day :)

4. Give me at least two days this week where you thought you were going to be too busy to workout- but found a way to squeeze in 20 minutes.. somehow.
Monday and Thursday were the days for me. Monday my walk with Ethan was cut short by a little crankiness on his part but I was able to get in more mileage with the pooch when I got home for a total of 65 mins/3.05 miles. Thursday was story time, an egg hunt and errands but I got in 52 mins/incl. 1 mile and 30 min ST.

This is the best week I have had in while - it felt good!
