My saddlebags seem to be melting away! seems that drinking water and doing cardio (elliptical) for a half hour a day is really helping. forget the 8 cups of water and the scale creeps up!! the other day I challenged myself to a half hour of random resistance... 400 calories burnt in one session! pants of all types are fitting better! still looking to my tummy for better results.... whee!
