p90x day five

Today I did the entire P90X X-Stretch video. I totally thought it wasn't going to make me sweat, but I did. I was definitely working throughout the whole thing. Because it was slow, and I was able to focus on my breathing, I feel like I did extremely well. There were a couple things I couldn't do, like the one where you start on the floor and roll up to your shoulders and then have your feet up in the air...? I don't remember what it was called, but while they were doing that...I layed down and pulled my pelvis up and tried to stretch my lower spine. I was working the entire time and now I feel really good. I feel like I can go to sleep (after a lovely shower). I feel like someone put the purrrrrr button on. Nothing was making me tense. I could feel it all just floating away with every breath I took. I was even able to scoop my rabbit up in one swift but silent ninja type move...lol (he needs to be fixed...let's just leave it at that). I hope everyone else is feeling as good and is having a great week.

Tomorrow, I have a job interview so I feel like this release of tension will certainly give me an edge. Good night to all! Sweet dreams. :)
