Well it has been quite the week and it is not over yet! I have done NO exercising at all this week and it is killing me! Received birthday wishes from this great spark site last week friday. It was in deed my birthday and it also was the day that I had to go in for a hernia repair. Ugh!
So I am doing my best to follow doctors orders, first few days were easy because the pain was a little intense. Now, not so much pain, it is there but, bearable. I have had two kids for goodness sakes!
So as the days have been going by and I have just been looking at my weights and other fitness items, I can't help but wonder. Where will I get new motivation? I am a little worried that when my healing time is up I will not want to jump in the saddle again. I love fitness, it is not only my passion but, also my job. What is a girl to do?
I just keep reading all the great posts from so many of you, I seem to be living through so many of you right now! So do an extra pushup and chin up for me and send some of those endorphins my way :0)
Ahh, thanks for being there SP, at least I know that I can count on so many of you. That is what is so great about this site, a lot of us have been through similar situations so we can give proper advice to one another.
