Motivation is a big BIG issue for me. I am completely unmotivated . So I'm constantly trying to find less than conventional ways to make myself have the want to & put that much more effort into my workouts! One way that you always hear people talking about is music! For me it works, when I hear a song it sends me into like super powered up mode & makes me dig a little bit deeper & push just a little harder! So I thought I'd share a few of my favorite workout songs that give me that extra umph to get er' done!
