28-Day Bootcamp Completed

I finished the 28-Day Bootcamp challenge. I have to say that I felt great while I was doing it. I thought my clothes were fitting better and I had more energy. Well, today I tracked my measurements and I found that non of my physical measurements changed except my weight...by 1 pound! Why do you think this is? I'm thinking I didn't work hard enough. It was pretty easy to fit in 29 minutes of cardio and 10 workouts just about everyday. But maybe I needed to do more than 1 video?
My next challenge is the Sweatsuite to Swinsuite Challenge. Then I'll try the New You one. If anyone has any suggestions and/or comments, I would appreciate it!
