28-Day Bootcamp Completed

I finished the 28-Day Bootcamp challenge. I have to say that I felt great while I was doing it. I thought my clothes were fitting better and I had more energy. Well, today I tracked my measurements and I found that non of my physical measurements changed except my weight...by 1 pound! Why do you think this is? I'm thinking I didn't work hard enough. It was pretty easy to fit in 29 minutes of cardio and 10 workouts just about everyday. But maybe I needed to do more than 1 video?

My next challenge is the Sweatsuite to Swinsuite Challenge. Then I'll try the New You one. If anyone has any suggestions and/or comments, I would appreciate it!

    I did the swimsuit one one time...Suggestions? Just be patient, I'm sure the inches will come off. It seems it is one or the other (inches or ounces) and the next week it switches...
