I don't use weather as an excuse for not exercising. I listen to my body so I know when I don't exercise. I always exercise every day. My daily routine starts in the morning with strength and core exercises. Then, I do my cardiovascular exercises. I occasionally do take a day off from cardiovascular exercises. BUT it's rare.
Today, I did core and strength exercises. I'll go to the gym shortly for my cardiovascular exercises.
