Day 29 and 30

Monday I did great for calories! I was very happy with that. Tuesday, I stayed within range...more toward the upper end, but still in range.

I'm still not able to incorperate exercise. My body is killing all the time. Yesterday was bad. This weekend is the last weekend of performances. I'm hoping once the "stress" of having to make sure I'm well enough to go onstage is over, I will be able to convince myself to exercise no matter how I feel. I can't seem to make myself do that now, because when I do too much it can leave me barely able to walk. So, after this weekend, I'm hoping to start with something.

I have had a lot of stress lately--with different issues, including health issues--I'm actually really thankful that I haven't been gorging on donuts and cookies. I'm soooo very thankful that I've been able to eat in range more often then not. That is a miracle. Before, I would have drastically overeaten just because of the pain, let alone the other situations. Thank you Jesus! Thank you my dear Sparkers. I really love and appreciate you all.

    This too shall pass and you will be in the game. I have held my weight (well gained a little), but for the most part help it. I think we have learned a lot with our recent loss and this will be helpful in us not gaining it all back. We will get through this stressful time and move forward again. I have an injury that is causing me lack of exercise too.

    I just read a study on Spark that showed that when we are under stress our bodies actually send signals to eat sugar and carbohydrates in order to deal quickly with the "emergency" of the stress. Well I think being in pain is definitely stressful - especially the longer it lasts. So given your situation -- you are doing great to look for better ways to get through the exhaustion and pain. Good for you. emoticon

    I hope you're feeling better soon. Have you tried pool execises. They might be a little easier on those achy joints and muscles.
