Ran 10.78 miles on Sunday. 30 min on elliptical at Bellvue 24 hour fitness before dinner with friends. Got out of bed and ran the loop this morning. All good choices. Even had calories left at end of day to enjoy a brownie.

Really finding sharing meals helps keep calories under control when eating out.
