I am exhausted! This was a tuffy for me today. I don't know why it was harder than usual. My feet hurt more and my calfs are throbbing. I wonder when my body will get "broken in" and it will stop hurting.

    Good point Kiwievie, I am taking large steps up hills because I tend to rush through them to get them overwith. Guess what, my feet do ache more since I started rushing up the hills. I will take your tip. emoticon

    Hang in there.... It gets easier!
Make sure that you take smaller/shorter steps going up inclines, and that your shoe laces are not tied to tight. Don't over step to wide.
This can cause pain in your feet and legs.
