I am exhausted! This was a tuffy for me today. I don't know why it was harder than usual. My feet hurt more and my calfs are throbbing. I wonder when my body will get "broken in" and it will stop hurting.
Good point Kiwievie, I am taking large steps up hills because I tend to rush through them to get them overwith. Guess what, my feet do ache more since I started rushing up the hills. I will take your tip. 2256 days ago
Hang in there.... It gets easier! Make sure that you take smaller/shorter steps going up inclines, and that your shoe laces are not tied to tight. Don't over step to wide. This can cause pain in your feet and legs. Good Luck. Evie 2257 days ago
