Back on Track

Last week was just one misstep after another and I went two days without any activity. It's so easy to fall back into old habits .. it's scary. Making excuses; promising to do twice as much tomorrow..
But none of those really work or ever happen.. so I just picked myself up.. put my sneakers on and got back on track.. I'm not going to pretend last week didn't happen.. but I am not going to dwell on it.
