I switched to whole wheat bread last summer and have found a few that I really like, including Pepperidge Farms' Whole Wheat Oatmeal, Ancient Grains, and 12-Grain breads. They are so much denser and delicious. Last weekend though, I decided to just grab a loaf of white bread for BLT's. This morning for breakfast I had my normal 2 pieces of peanut butter toast, which usually keeps me pretty full until lunch time if I have a yogurt mid morning. Today though, it wasn't even 11am and I was starving! I had to eat my lunch at 10:50! It was ridiculous. No more white bread for me.
