Day 14 (2 weeks and saw an improvement)

So I passed out about 530 last night and did not get a chance to do anything. I guess thats what I get for working my butt off and doing a whole 1/2 hour on the elliptical!! Yeay I did it!! emoticon
It felt great too until I woke up this morning and tried doing it again. Didn't work too well but I at least got 10 minutes in and will do 2 more 10 minute segments through out the day.

When I got dressed this morning I went to put on a tank top to work out in and I was shocked. I saw my first improvement. My tank top is a little snug but when I put it on my stomach wasn't as showy as it normally is in this shirt. I was awed by it. So now I am seeing the weight loss as well as the scale telling me its gone. Now to hide the rest of those 13 or so dozen of easter candies so they don't tempt me LOL. But I am off to try another 10 minutes and maybe do some ab lounger for a couple. Have a great day!!!!!!!
