I am doing the FatX101 12-day program to help jumpstart my re-entry in to my workout and healthy living lifestyle. I'm on day four and couldn't feel more proud of myself and more energized in such a short time. Try it for yourself.

    OMG! That was tough. I substituted mountain climbers for burpees, as the burpees weren't good for my lower back. Where there's a will, there's a way. Make a way Sparkies! emoticon
