Went out to Longhorn Steakhouse tonight...

I had promised my daughter and mother I would take them out to dinner for their birthdays (April 8 & 9) and tonight was the night. Though, I told myself to order "healthy" ...and I kinda did, it's just that we got the dessert..Chocolate Stampede (for 2) and it is really high in calories...maybe if I had any idea of how many calories maybe I wouldn't have eaten it or suggested we get it... .(.I looked up the calories for all the items I ordered tonight) except the chocolate stampede mainly cuz I didn't plan on having it, but since I have been doing really well for a few days I thought I would let myself splurge..I am just hoping that I don't gain that much weight.

Note to self: This is why I don't like to go out to eat! No Control!!!!

When I got home I did a second workout and did some Zumba moves to some hip music cds my daughter has. I don't feel that bad about eating so much..but we shall see how the scale is in the morning.

I did weigh myself when I got home and the scale said 2 more pounds, but I know that normally at night my weight does go up..so that isn't accurate at all. I will just eat well again tomorrow and the next day and so on and so on so I can focus on the weight going down

    Birthday meal calories donít count!! (lol oh, if only that were true!) You sound like you worked them off when you got home Ė thatís what itís all about Ė knowing that we can eat delicious goodies, but we just have to up the calories out!! Good luck on the scale today! :)

    You can't let a little fun ruin a birthday celebration! Sounds like you worked on balancing out the extra calories anyway. We have a longhorn Bbq here and I looove their ribs...but I only go there about once a year! lol!
