Tues -Subway ( no worries it will be a low-fat choice) Sandwich and apples. No time to get home from weigh-in to make dinner before Nutrition class
Wed. Pork Tenderlion, warm asian slaw, apple slices
Thurs. Black Bean Quesadilla, cinnamon oranges
Fri -Cod, garlic and chive mashed sweet potatoes, chobani yogurt (blueberry)
Sat - BBQ Turkey Roasted, mixed vegies, strawberries
Sun. - Easter Brunch - Good luck with that one: Make the healthiest choices that I can make.
