I work really hard all week long in the gym..5 or 6 days every week. Then comes my weekend...full of things to do, places and people to visit....AND FOOD TO EAT. I guess I've been at this so long (2.5 years) that I feel 'entitled' to live a little and have some fun, just like everyone else. But as a dieting woman, I cannot afford to be so casual. The last few weekends have been a reminder that in 2 short days, I can UNDO all my hard work and weight loss from the entire week. This is unacceptable to me. Spinning my wheels is frustrating. I do not enjoy seeing that scale move in the wrong direction and honestly, I'm tired of redoing the same 10 pounds. Time to move on and get this done. No more frustration...only MOTIVATION!!!
