why oh why is it soooo hard to follow my healthy eating and exercising on the weekends?? I get up on Saturday morning, determined to exercise as usual and eat well ... and then I don't??? Is it because my hubby is home and I don't want to exercise when he's around?? Is it because he has absolutely no weight issues and wants to eat out all weekend?? Is it because I'm just tired of trying to watch every single thing I eat all week and just feel like I have to break loose??

All I know is that once again I blew it totally over the past weekend ... absolutely no exercising, mindless snacking on Saturday night as we watched tv and then I dug into the honey roasted cashews and easter candy on Sunday ... :(

this has to stop!
