Woohoo! Movement again!

So, last week I wrote about being sort of stuck. This week I tried really hard to track and to up my exertion while exercising. I ran 5-7k every other day and hit the gym every day almost.
Well, that plus the lack of hormonal bloating pushed me to a 4lb loss! It is always amazing to me that I can chart a trend in my loss based on a certain cycle! Just a few more pounds and I will be at the top of my healthy weight!

    Congratulations on your loss after all your hard work-can't beat tracking your food and increasing your exercise. Won't be long before you reach your goal-you'll have to think of another reward for continuing until you make it . You've done so well to get this far. Thanks for passing by my blog :)
