Woo Hoo, even though got up and saw the grass had been covered with a blanket of snow, yes your eyes are not reading wrong...I made myself over to the gym and did a class that I had never done. It was great first before class started did a fifteen min mini class of crunches, this is called famously abs....then we did a class called new body, it basically is low cardio with weights. Usually I go to step classes or kickboxing, I didn't think I would get much of a workout because it was low impact, but I gather because of the weights I did work up a sweat. Gee this was much better than just sitting in the house doing nothing.
