My first weigh-in tomorrow!
I've thoroughly enjoyed my food these past 6 days, managing to stay within my calorie range and to track every morsel. Fitness-wise, it's a different story. I was pretty pleased with myself y'day morning after twice doing the Day3 exercises in coach Nicole's 28 Day Workout. I felt really good and planned to go round the mall for 2 hours. I'd only been walking some 30 mins when my back began to ache enough to make me buy painkillers. I managed 90 walking but I realise that, as an old couch potato, I'm jumping into this strange world of "workouts" too quickly. No more trying to touch my toes with legs straight. lol I'm going to be selective in what exercises I do.
So, anyone care to wish me luck tomorrow?
