And I am not ON - can't seem to get there....Eating out is my biggest downfall - I hate to cook - I really don't enjoy eating at home...and enjoy going out.....but I am gonna keep on truckin - and do what I know I need to do....this is gonna happen I am gonna make it happen.

    THanks, gang - I have come to that conclusion as well - we ate out at lunch a few times last week - and I didn't even feel like having a big dinner.....maybe that will work - also part of it is head just hasn't gotten to the right place so far....but today is a new start! Gonna get it right! GOtta get it right!

    I 2nd Nicole! I feel the same way as you do Carol! I've been struggling with that also! I've actually try to switch my big meal times when i want to go out. I have found by eating out at lunch instead of dinner, my body seems to accept it better. I think that usually, if we eat a larger meal in the evening, we tend to relax and then sleep afterwards. But by continuing to move after lunch, that my body seems to rid of those calories! Wether, it's true or not, I do KNOW that I feel MUCH better when I eat out at lunch and then have a salad or sandwich at dinner time!!

    Carol you can eat out and stay on track... portion control, salads, YOU CAN DO IT!
